At VEILED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your modest fashion pieces. If you are not perfectly happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
